The holiday events are one thing my constantly busy wife NEVER misses in GW. She'll be pretty depressed about missing the mad king this year

Around 1 year ago Anet announced they got a specialized Events Team then, and we got 2 pretty awesome events - Halloween and Wintersday, after that a couple of Factions related events including Day of th Tengu, then a Dragon Festival. Since then there were no events that would require serious work, because the 'double something' events are very easy to launch (still i consider most of them a great idea) and the 2 Nightfall events are just enabling some parts of content already developed for the incoming new game.
So my question is: what is the Events Team doing now? Does it even still exist? Isn't it the right time for a major event now (Halloween) ? |

I don't see why they couldn't do a Halloween evet after all these weekend events they been putting out.It would be nice to make it a Witches hat instead of a pumkin head.

the halloween event last year was good enough for me. even if they just repeat the same event, i wont have any objections. i just want to see some of the holiday spirit in this game like we had last year.
